Day 1Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport

Firstly, on arriving in Kathmandu, our representative will pick you up from the airport. He/She will be holding up the signboard outside the airport terminal. You will then be escorted to your hotel. You can visit our office to get more information about the trek. In case you happen to arrive after 4 pm, you will be briefed about the trip by our authorized guide. You will be provided with our trek duffel bag and cap. Please make sure to carry along your passport, 3 copies of passport-sized photos and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. Also, make sure to clear any due balance and then sign on the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer form. You can stroll around the city in the evening. Stay overnight at Hyatt Hotel. No meals are included.

Day 2Tour around the valley

We will start our day with a satisfying breakfast and leave around 8.30 am on a private vehicle and an authorized tour guide at your company. We will visit the world heritage sites around the valley, some including Bhaktapur Durbar Square is a famous five-storey temple of Nyatapola in Pagoda style Batsala temple, Dattatreya temple, Bhairavnath temple, Pujari Muth and Palace of 55 windows. Pashupatinath Temple is the sacred temple located on the bank of the holy Bagmati river. Although one cannot enter the main temple unless they are Hindus, you can see the temple and observe the activities performed from the eastern Bagmati river. Boudhanath Stupa is the biggest and holiest stupa built in the 5th century. You will find Buddhists pilgrims from all over the world especially Tibet, taking rounds of the stupa and spinning the prayer wheels. Then we can go for further exploration around the Thamel and shop for the next day’s trekking gears Stay overnight at the hotel. Breakfast included.

Day 3Fly to Lukla and Trek to Manjo

An early morning start with a warm breakfast takes us to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu for the 35-minute scenic flight to Tenzing and Hillary Airport at Lukla (2,804 m). On arriving at the airport, the guide will brief you and introduce our porters before we begin our trek towards Phakding (2,610 m). After landing, your porters will carry the bags. We will have time to explore the village while our Sherpa crew sort and load our trekking equipment. Then we will begin our trek by gravitating towards the Dudh Kosi River where we will join the main trail to Namche Bazaar, located just over Chaunrikharka (2,713 m). The trail is easy. After passing by the small village of Ghat (2,550 m), it is a brief walk to Manjo after Phakding. Stay overnight at Everest Summit Lodge or Yeti Mountain Home. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.

Day 4Trek to Namche Bazaar

After breakfast, we will recommence trekking along the banks of the Dudh Kosi, and cross this majestic river many times on thrilling suspension bridges weighted with prayer flags. After accessing the Sagarmatha National Park, the trail escalates steeply with awe-inspiring views. Namche Bazaar, also known as the Gateway to Everest, is a dwelling to numerous quality restaurants, hotels, lodges, shops, money exchanges, Internet cafes, and bakeries. Namche is the most populous village along the entire Everest trail. Stay overnight at Everest Summit Lodge or Yeti Mountain Home. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.

Day 5Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar

We will spend a day in Namche Bazaar to adjust to the thinning air and get acclimatized to the weather conditions. We will hike a short distance to a museum that is glorified for its displays of the folkloric customs of the Sherpa people. Stay overnight at Everest Summit Lodge or Yeti Mountain Home. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.

Day 6Trek to Pangboche

We will continue by the rushing glacial waters of the Dudh Kosi with majestic views of the mountains. We will trek to an altitude of 3,930m. After reaching Tengboche we will recognize the local monastery. The monastery has amazingly embroidered wall hangings, the musical instruments, a 20-foot figure of Buddha, lama robes. A ceremony at the monastery takes place every day in the morning and at 3 pm. We can attend the ceremony before heading towards Pangboche. From Tengboche, the trail descends to Debuche to cross another suspension bridge on the Imja Khola and ascends up to Pangboche village. Stay overnight at Everest Summit Lodge or Yeti Mountain Home. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.

Day 7Trek to Dingboche

After breakfast, we will start trekking towards Dingboche. The trek will cover 9.1km and the easy trail with going downhill on a fairly wide path is covered with beautiful rhododendron trees. After a few hours of walking and crossing bridge over the Imja River, it takes us to Pangboche. Throughout the trek, we will see wide open areas where you can observe more beautiful landscapes. Walking trail above Pangboche, we will get a magnificent view of the Himalayas and Pangboche Monastery. We will move ahead towards the Imja valley and finally, we will reach Dingboche. Stay overnight at Everest Summit Lodge or Yeti Mountain Home. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.

Day 8Trek to Chhukung & Trek Back to Dingboche

We will enjoy another day of acclimatization by hiking to Chhukung valley to get a spectacular view of the surrounding peaks, particularly Lhotse’s large south wall. We will hike back to Dingboche by evening. Stay overnight at Hotel Bright Star. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included.

Day 9Trek to Lobuche

The trail steadily goes upward to Dughla offering us a remarkable view of Cholatse and Tawachee. As we pass through a trail, we will come across the sidelong moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. En route, we will observe the stone memorials with prayer flags built in the memory of perished climbers. We might have breathing issues due to a rise in the altitude. Then, we will trek towards Lobuche village, from here we will witness a close view of mountain peaks like Nuptse, Pumori, and Lobuche. It will take us around 5 to 6 hours. Stay overnight at Hotel Oxygen with accommodation having a common toilet and bathroom. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included.

Day 10Trek to Everest Base Camp and return to Gorak Shep

The trail will be of medium level up to Gorak Shep. Before heading off to Everest Base Camp, we will take lunch and rest at Gorak Shep for a while which takes around 2 hours. If the weather is good, we will be able to see beautiful Himalaya’s all-round. Then we will head towards Everest Base Camp. Everest Base Camp is the closest you can get to Mt. Everest without mountaineering equipment and also the highest altitude that most will reach without a climbing permit. The view of the Khumbu Icefall from Base Camp is striking. We will return back to Gorak Shep for the night. It will take us around 8 to 9 hours. Stay overnight at Hotel Yeti with accommodation having a common toilet and bathroom. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included.

Day 11Hike Up to Kala Patthar early in the morning and trek down to Pheriche

Early morning, we will hike to Kala Patthar for a striking sunrise view over the Himalayas. This place offers the best viewpoint for witnessing a panoramic view of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Chagatse, Pumori and many more. Finally encounter the enthralling trip of a lifetime and the profound phenomenon of mountains, standing on the highest elevation of the entire trip i.e., 5555m. From there, we will descend to Gorak Shep for breakfast and continue hiking towards Pangboche. Stay overnight at a guesthouse. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included.

Day 12Trek to Namche Bazaar

After breakfast, we will trek the same trail back to Namche. On the way, we will pass Pangboche village, then Tengboche village that leads to our final destination Namche, for overnight stay. En route, we will come across Dudh Koshi gorge, forests filled with rhododendron and pine, Himalayan birch, juniper trees, colorful pheasants, etc. It will take us around 7 hours to reach Namche Bazaar. Stay overnight at Yeti Mountain Home or Hotel Namche. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included.

Day 13Trek to Lukla

This will be our last day of trekking since we will be returning to Lukla where our trek began. We will enjoy this time to reflect on the trek as a group and the individual achievement of all those who were a part of this journey. It will take us around 6 to 7 hours Lukla. The afternoon will be free, so you can roam about, relax and enjoy a hot shower! In the evening, we will have a few celebratory drinks and dance with your trek mates. Stay overnight at Yeti Mountain Home. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included.

Day 14Morning Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and Farewell dinner

Enjoying the last glimpse of the mountains we have recently visited, the 35 minutes scenic flight will take us back to Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu, you will be escorted back to your hotel. Stay overnight at Hyatt Hotel. Breakfast is included.

Day 15Leisure Day and Farewell Dinner in Kathmandu

After an exhausting trek, this will be a relaxing day for you. Get your body massaged, leisurely gallivant around Thamel and buy souvenirs, visit Garden of Dreams for some relaxing time. This is also a spare day to use for a flight back to Kathmandu in case there wasn’t a flight the day before due to unpredictable weather conditions. And, in the evening we will host farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances to make this day a memorable one for you. Stay overnight at Hyatt hotel. Breakfast and dinner are included.

Day 16Transfer to the Airport

We will provide you with the morning breakfast. Lastly, our representative will escort you to the International airport a few hours before the scheduled flight. Breakfast is included.
